If you own a home within Sarasota County, you may be eligible for a zero percent deferred loan to repair your home!

The Office of Housing and Community Development, a joint office with the City of Sarasota and Sarasota County, provides loans to income-eligible homeowners for air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and roof repairs. To qualify, the homeowner must live in a single family home and have an income at or below 80% of the Sarasota Median Income.

With the summer rainy season right around the corner, now is the time to secure your roof and ensure your air conditioning unit will provide cool air through the hot months.
