The Office of City Auditor and Clerk will provide the highest quality of service to our customers, comprised of both Citizens and City Staff, and do so with excellence and pride. Under the City's Charter, the Clerk's Office is charged with a variety of duties including: Prepare City Commission agendas, Custodian of the official records, Transcription of City Commission meeting minutes, Administration of police, fire and general employee pension plans, Internal audits, Administer City Commission elections, Maintain records of all the City's real property and assets, Process land development petitions and Codification of City ordinances.
