The City of Sarasota is separated into seven (7) zones. A code compliance inspector is assigned to each zone.  The code compliance inspector working hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Did you know that we have a code compliance inspector that works on Saturday? Our Saturday code compliance inspector can assist with all areas of the City.  The weekend code compliance inspector’s working hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.  If you have an urgent matter that requires assistance on Saturday from our weekend code compliance inspector, please send an email to the weekend code compliance inspector mailbox as this mailbox is monitored throughout the day every Saturday.
