Downtown Garages:

State Street Garage - 1538 State Street

The State Street Parking garage provides over 40 parking spaces. Handicap parking is located next to the elevators on each parking level. Parking spaces are located on levels 2 through 6, with motorcycle and bicycle parking on the ground floor. There are four (4) electric vehicle charging stations located on level 2.

Parking Rates:

First hour - Complimentary parking

$2.00 for hours 1-2, then $1.00 for each hour thereafter.

Lost ticket costs $23.00

Palm Avenue Garage - 1289 North Palm Avenue

The garage is located one block from Main Street on North Palm Avenue, only steps away from 5 points intersection in downtown. It parks 729 vehicles and has handicap parking located on each floor close to the elevators. There are six (6) electric vehicle charging stations located on level 2.

2nd Street Garage - 1400 Block of 2nd Street

The 2nd Street Garage is located between First and Second Street, directly across from Whole Foods. Ground floor parking is intended for customers of Whole Foods, while the second and third level of the garage are open to the public (except where posted). The public parking access ramp is located on Second Street, near the corner of Central Ave.

Ground Level: 2 Hours for customers of Whole Foods only.

Level 2-3: 4 hours

St. Armands Garage:

St. Armands Parking Garage - 57 North Adams Drive

The garage accommodates up to 480 cars, and there are additional 23 spaces in an adjacent surface lot. Handicap parking is located throughout near the elevator on each level. The facility is equipped with 5 Electric Vehicle Charging stations, including a DC Fast charger, all located on level 2.

Parking Rules:

For Palm Avenue Garage, please comply with all posted signs and city ordinances, including No Back-in parking. For payment convenience, each facility operates using pay on foot or pay in lane equipment. If you need assistance or want to report a problem, please contact the parking attendant which phone number is listed on the ticket entry machine.

No Parking from 6 A.M. to 10 A.M Monday – Friday on level 1 & 2 of the garage.

ADA Parking

Drivers with disabilities that display a valid placard, or DMV license plate, may qualify for parking at no cost pursuant with FSS 316.1964 (8). Please request assistance at the exit to receive this service.
