The Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center (SPARCC) provides free-of-charge services to domestic violence survivors, seeking to stop domestic violence through awareness and education.

In recognition of SPARCC's dedication to serving survivors in our community, the City Commission has proclaimed the month of October 2024, as Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
